Here is a quick story about a present-day Tufts to share:

One Tufts, John, of the Georgia Tufts, did a very Tuftsian thing, and spent a lot of time researching a strange topic and then wrote a cookbook about it.  John is an actor who has spent the last 17 years working all over the country from New York to the Tony Award Winning Oregon Shakespeare Festival.  His book, FAT RASCALS: Dining at Shakespeare’s Table, is a deep dive into the world of Shakespearean Cuisine. Shakespeare’s food was as diverse and colorful, as ornate and thrilling as the words in his plays.   With over 150 authentic recipes taken directly from the pages of William Shakespeare, and over 200 beautiful photographs, you will be transported back in time.   Learn more at http://www.john-tufts.com/fatrascalsbook/fat-rascals-dining-at-shakespeares-table
